About BC Mentors

BC Mentors is a student-led tutoring and mentorship organization founded by Central Bucks South alumni and based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Our mentors are accomplished college students who combine academic expertise with relatable guidance to help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

jWe believe great tutoring goes beyond homework. Through personalized instruction, accountability, and mentorship, we help students strengthen foundational skills, build confidence, and develop the habits that lead to long-term academic success.

BC Mentors is a student-led team of accomplished peer mentors who provide personalized tutoring in math, science, English, world languages, business, and more. We adapt each session to the student’s goals and learning style so they can strengthen skills, improve performance, and build confidence.
Our mentors attend universities including Duke, Georgia Tech, UVA, and Boston College, along with honors colleges across the country. Many have earned 1500+ SAT scores, National Merit and AP Scholar recognition, and full-tuition scholarships. Just as importantly, they understand the academic challenges students face and provide practical, relatable guidance.
Strong tutoring requires more than subject knowledge. Our mentors bring patience, professionalism, accountability, and genuine care to every session. We aim not only to improve grades, but also to help students become confident, independent learners with habits that last beyond tutoring.
Our work extends beyond academic tutoring. BC Mentors offers free technology and cybersecurity workshops for retirement communities, nursing homes, senior centers, and other local organizations. These workshops help participants build practical digital skills and feel more confident using technology.
